Return Guidelines

We are accepting returns.

However, we will not be able to pick up returns in containment zones. Local state rules will apply. Inconvenience is regretted.


Products purchased from Armour Heavy Online –

ARMOUR HEAVY is committed in safe guarding the interests of our customers. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 72 hrs of your order delivery. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab!

If you are a registered user and want to initiate your free return then follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "My Account" 

  2. Go to your order history and click on Exchange OR Return

  3. Select the product you wish to return

  4. Select the pick-up address and pick-up date

  5. Choose the mode of refund and submit the request


Please Note: 

Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition

Face Masks, socks and bodywear products are not applicable for returns

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

In case of purchase of multiple quantity the same the SKU (size variant), all quantities need to be returned

If you choose to self-ship your returns yourself instead of using ARMOUR HEAVY logistics, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, please mention Order No on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. If shipment is damaged or any item is missing, ARMOUR HEAVY will not be responsible for such damages. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs (Upto Rs. 200/-). Therefore, please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via Contact us option available on Website. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

  1. It should capture the weight of the return package.

  2. Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.

  3. The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.

  4. The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.


This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
